Janice,
You stated that you have performed MANY investigations and consider yourself to be a detective. You claim you are a "scambuster." What actually do you do besides sit on a computer and pull public records all day and then post what you find on a bulletin board? There are hobbyists all over America who pull public records everyday.
Besides writing 100,000 posts on an internet bulletin board, what detective work have you EVER done that is credible?
What I see occurring is bashing a stock, watching it go down, making some money on it and then discussing the company's financial problems publicly?
Further, I see that to be similar to the parent in a family law case, manipulating the law in order to gain custody or more support by false allegations against another parent. What I see is not "honest detective work" but profiting off others.
Have you ever worked in the field, held interviews, examined forensic evidence or testified in court, other than as a defendant?
Have you ever had a REAL client? I mean, anyone can "talk the talk" but have you ever "walked the walk." Have you ever had enough credibility whereupon individuals would hire you to do an investigation?
Do you have an investigative background. Do you have any experience with law enforcement besides being involved and questioned in any scams?
What qualifies you as an investigator?
If the 100,000 posts are anything like I have seen (bashing, harassment and intimidation,) that sure is NOT detective work.
That is what I am asking. I'm asking you to put your creds out there...your CVs...ah, you know what I mean.
Best to you,
Linda
