Meaning IMO CMF does not track dilution for penny stocks. Not to say that we, I speak in the possessive tense, we, as though we do in fact own the company and have something to say about activities, haven't diluted the chit out of it.

Any care to respond on whether or not the most sense of this is dealing with the O/S somewhere around this point in time and achieving a lower PPS level...I think JF will be singing if this gets mid to lower .001 level....do the math? How much money does he have on hand now if the subs have been signing up in the 100-150K range? Is it a coincidence his recievable note is do for $770K soon. What could he then do with the money? What value does the company achieve if the O/S was dealt with? What then can be done as a company in all areas?

I would think at some point the PPS reaches the low point (.0015)and very few will be left "in" then when the float is low...and the PPS is just right...BAM!

calebh....It wasn't me talking R/S...my claim is the PPS gets low (on purpose) and the buying back takes place...it's like borrowing dimes for 1/5 of that a penny! I have to beleive JF loves his 126 million shares as much as I love mine!
