no idea, but that small 20M A/S is now 1B. Thats a pretty huge increase in Authorized if they are not planning on dilluting. My guess is PKTO will be a dividend paid out to HYPD shareholders. Looks like HYPD is the one to own.. not PKTO. Maybe after all the divys get sold into market and the price stabalizes it will be a good play. Right now I forsee lots of dillution in the future on this company. Short term you might be okay.. dont fall in love folks.
