Perhaps, but really its just been making up ground. The recent contract announcements gave us the spark to this recovery, so its not like we've been running like a Bat-Outta-Hell or anything. Personally I think some of the Hedge's are getting nervous and know exactly where this things headed. I don't think the short position is as big as it used to be and they all want cheap shares for the anticipated run.
There's no way anyone would view today's PR and think that acquisition of NEWTEC is a bad idea, its the smartest thing they could do and should have us to 18 by now easy. I'm willing to bet we'll see at least 1 more PR by weeks end, probably on the DoD contract announcement that hasn't been put out by the company yet. That will include figures and should give us another boost going into the call.
