Unaudited financials allow for a little leeway, but I talking about outright lies, those are not acceptable, and I am sure we all know the difference.

You can be his lawyer when the civil suits start flying. You can stand up and pound the table and tell the jury that it was the investors fault for buying my clients stocks!!! Yes, he fabricated news releases and promised but never delivered audited financials.......but....your honor....... the shareholders didn't have to invest so they are 100% responsible. Give me a break!!!!!
