OK, so you're saying buying a pink with UAF's is a gamble and therefore regardless of what those running that pink do, the buyer is 100% at fault. Right?

If that's what you're saying then we must agree to disagree (strongly) and I will just say that what I think of as "common sense" is obviously not so common. LOL

imahustler: amen to that, I am kicking myself for ignoring all the red flags that went up along the way. I have no one to blame but myself.

One of the red flags early on that is an intangible is that JP sounds like a no nothing beach bum on the phone. He would say things like, "we have some really cool products". He would always sound so unprofessional, more like a BS artist. I have no one to blame but myself. I hope I do a better job of listening to my gut in the future.
