Ahh I see what you are inferring. But keep in mind this is a tablet not a capsule. There are no pellets with this product. This is strictly a particle size of the active material coming into the facility and getting blended in the finished slurry to be compressed into a tablet. The patent states that particle sizes of 95um or less if I am not mistaken are most effective with bio absorption in the body. Elite could have manufactured with a higher particle size and show equivalent profile for the cMax and tMax when compared to the brand and in my opinion, this would render the patent obsolete and clear a pathway for a paragraph IV challenge. Either way its nice to finally have constructive conversation on the board again. Cheers
