It's not just this one. The broad markets are running like crazy and the OTC overall isn't doing much of anything as a whole. A few selected short term runners but overall a lot of red in the OTC while the big boards are green as hell.

I'm betting it is the shares issued before they took control. At some point they will run out..... I'll keep watching for any more issuances that would change my opinion, time will tell.

I have come to respect you as a poster on this forum. Your passion for the stock exudes confidence, surety and facilitates a broader understanding to all who post/read this thread. While I agree that this weekly drubbing is frustrating and that is the reason you will temporarily suspend your postings on this board, your leadership with regards to this particular equity will be greatly missed. Your contributions to this board cannot be underestimated. I hope you reconsider, and continue to post about VMHG for those of us that value your thoughts, ideas and due diligence. I know you are not selling and will still monitor this board, but please reconsider over the weekend.

Last point to add to your decision: With this week's explosion in volume, would it not be safe to presume that we are likely at the very end of this frustrating trading? There has been very heavy volume this week, Tuesday alone we did over 8,000,000 shares. Yesterday was 3,000,000-4,000,000. Today we are already over 1,000,000. We are much closer to the end of this ASCM skullduggery, in my humble opinion.

Q7, sad to hear this from you! You're a STELLAR Poster bringing the board great DD! And you work in the Food & Beverage Industry -- literally in the "pop & beer aisles" daily and provide good facts to the board!

If I may Sir -- please don't let the bad guys have a win by not posting, over an honest stellar investor who brings facts to the public board that can help other investors. You work in the industry and always look forward to your posts. I'm located OCONUS and when I wake up in the morning and see your posts, those are the first posts I read!

Q7, I'm just one of the smaller (and older) guys here who doesn't post much, but I do read a lot. Your posts always grab my attention and I look forward to them. I hope you will reconsider and come back soon. You add tremendous value to this Board.

Well Q7, to sad to read.
But I will see it positive until you come back.
To be short : The shareholders of vmhg have seen all the wow's of the firm and the ceo.
They will not leave or sell because they know this could turn out (and probably will) in one of those "once in a lifetime stories".
I observed it too, the reason you are leaving, and to be honest, I don't find it. Shorted, old holders, etc., I don't see it.
But one day this ASCM-game will stop. And I think, we will see huge rises, everybody (except perhaps ASCM) will be surprised after the first rise.
See you probably after the first rise (or hopefully sooner if you change your mind)
