Shares issued on closing date, more shares issued today 5/28, and remaining $142 million to be paid in shares. 5 equal installments of shares starting tomorrow, then 4 days later, then 4 days later, then 4 days later, then final shares issued within 20 days, then any balance paid on 24th day. Volume may appear higher on those days. Today's volume was huge. Will keep an eye out for more 8K's, too.
Best would be if share price stays higher longer, so fewer total shares need to be issued. Big difference in total shares needed to be issued at $13 or higher and when it was near $9/share.
I think Mistral recent acquisition $175 million in share issuances are similar, except $52 million is released in later equal installments.
Recent Worldview acquisition was similar ($150 million in shares).
