People keep acting confused, but this is exactly how a 9.7M float behaves when the loose shares are gone.
The volume the past couple days wasn’t some magical retail awakening. IMO it looked like someone with connections shaking the tree to scoop up whatever cheap shares were still sitting around a penny (post-split .30). They took what was offered and clearly there wasn’t much.
yesterday proves it:
800 shares = upticks
one MM sitting on .30
no sellers
no follow-through volume
That’s not “weird.” That’s a tight float after the cheapies got absorbed.
Everyone yelling about “liquidity” doesn’t understand the basic math.
Liquidity requires sellers.
If nobody is selling, you get exactly what we’re seeing now:
occasional bursts of buying, a quick reset to silence, and PPS holding because the float is locked.
And yes the same people who complain about “no volume” will be back whining again, even though they could create volume anytime by unloading their broken-down vehicle in the driveway. But they won’t, because they know buyers will always take cheapies when they appear.
So no, this isn’t silly.
This is a small-float OTC doing exactly what a small-float OTC does after the tree gets shaken and the loose change is gone.
Just my opinion but until real news or another controlled buying wave hits, this thing will sit idle and hold its floor.
