The little research i have done is Spikes and Strong know one another from another company but didnt go deep into that. Strong has been the sole seller here. I dont know every nuance to Strongs shares other than if his preferred (original) all converted to common, it would ve close to 1.4 bill shares. Seeing the OS is at 1.084 bill, I thought his selling started when float was around 110ish mill.
You have been in this obviously for a little time and know what was canceled or not. It got kind of confusing. So, seeing he has shares that hit in August, that isnt full represented yet. But quick when I was looking at this, I thought he was around 700-900 mill sold.
Regardless, we are getting to the exhaustive stage so I thought after a few months, we may be ready. Better now to try to get shares.
We dont know the lowest they will sell. Sometimes it looks like it never comes... until it does. I may be forced to change and try 3s just so I got skin in the game.
