Not possible with no Market Maker... A market maker is very unlikely to try and file a 211 with FINRA as there are serious issues with this stock. Conflicting disclosure, the stock is heavily promoted, and the fraud is a major problem. A MM is going to risk it.

VC10.net and read about the Nelson fleet of VC10s that have been scrapped and no longer exist !! The only 2 remaining that could be rolled on taxied about an airfield have 44,000 hours on them and no longer certified for flight of any type !! Not even get a ferry permit !!
