Musk is not anywhere near this. Musk will not be buying this. There is nothing special here yet, if ever. They need to get some manufacturing going and see if they will become profitable. Tesla is not within a light year of this. Where is all that coming from? The next news here is a share restructuring and a reverse split.
If this was going to be purchased it would have been before they went to the trouble of merging into a shell with over a billion shares. That is going to create some work to get to a price that allows listing on nasdaq since there is nothing to create the 4.5-5 billion or so in market cap needed to hit the lower nasdaq share price requirement for initial listing. This may be a good long term hold once they get funds raised and manufacturing going to deliver the 1000s of vehicles being discussed. This will be years in the making. There is no "huge news" coming soon that will catapult this market cap into the billions in a short time.
