Lots of yapping trying to change the outcome of a nearly 6 year old civil case that was adjudicated and "closed."
Then, it's a guilt by association effort to try and falsely link that closed case to AMFN, in an attempt to falsely claim that the SEC will deny AMFN's uplisting to the otcqb.
Why won't it happen?
Because the SEC recognizes AMFN is a completely different company than Kepler Aerospace.
Good thing it is up to the SEC and not armchair regulators who are desperate to disparage AMFN.
AMFN will send in the proper paperwork and wait for approval to uplist.
There is NOTHING that can stop this process.
