That's right the hearing date was set. Since it's July and contrary as I don't have to say this if I was so bias, the motions were filed as "EMERGENCY". The court obviously is not buying them or treating them as emercency. One could speculate that may be a good sign for Miro who filed them on April 9. If the court truly felt there was an urgent emercency need to hear them it would have happened already.


Now the counterclaim is regular and they are all being heard at the same time. The court leaves out "EMERGENCY" below in the wording.

MATTERS(s) TO BE HEARD: (1) MOTION TO DISMISS THE AMENDED COUNTERCLAIMS FILED BY HIRU (2) FOR TEMPORARY INJUNCTION TO FREEZE HIRU'S ONGOING INSIDER SHARE ISSUANCES, PREFERRED CONVERSIONS AND OTHER DILUTIVE TRANSACTIONS PENDING FINAL ADJUDICATION (3) MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF A LIMITED RECEIVER OR ALTERNATIVELY A CORPORATE MONITOR OVER HIRU'S STOCK LEDGER, SHARE-ISSUANCE AND TRANSFER AGENT FUNCTIONS
