The euro notes bonds were never an issue and were always going to be taken care of separately from the old P’s and U’s….even though one poster claims to see them….they are not the issue….just because they are taken care of doesn’t guarantee and money for old P’s and U’s….doesn’t matter what numbers you claim….the only way you are proven right is if there is a distribution….we all want you to be right…until then

Ron, Picky only knows ‘unary’ numbers , it’s a notch less than binary and mostly has 0’s
So his calculations look like this :

$0*0*(0+0*0)= $0.00 Billion.

His ‘software’ needs to be upgraded to at least binary to help him calculate these huge numbers.

Yes, 41.6 “Willful Misconduct” is for RICO.

WMI sued the FDIC for a 5AT, #5885 Footnote 2.
$307.2 Billion. $7.9 Billion came back and the FDIC responded; $298 Billion for WMB and it’s assets.
The numbers work.


WMI also sued JPM for RICO because of the 825 pages of Discovery was capable of proving that colluded with the FDIC and JPM was guilty of RICO, and Breach of Contract that was heard in DC Court by RC.
RC stated that if she was required to rule, she would rule that JPM was required to pay for WMB books valued at the time of the seizure.
The book value was declared by WMI and reaffirmed by the FDIC.

SC, JPM counsel got the message and forced JPM to settle with the GSA on WM/WMI terms.
Civil RICO can be settled with a monetary penalty. That is why I use the factor of 2X the FDIC number.
