Air Quality and Industrial Operating Permits
To run gas-to-liquids (GTL) or coal-to-liquids (CTL) conversion facilities, a company must secure state-level environmental permits (such as Title V air permits) governing emissions, wastewater, and hazardous material storage.
ECOX's status is they have None nor have they announced any site acquisitions, construction starts, or approved environmental permits for a commercial-scale facility even.
