To list on Nasdaq they have to file a S-1 with 2 years of audited financials. Plus, they don't have a 211 filed with FINRA.
But I have have hundreds if not thousands of companies posting - "and ultimately qualifies for listing on a major U.S. exchange"
For the Capital Market the bid price has to be $4 - or $2 if it meets - "To qualify under the closing price alternative, a company must have (i) average annual revenues of $6 million for three years, (ii)net tangible assets of $5 million or (iii) net tangible assets of $2 million and a 3-year operating history, in addition to satisfying the other financial and liquidity requirements listed"
It looks like Weight has taken the path of Pump and Dump Sharp.
