Granger is a tiny bank - as of January 2026 they had $52 Million in total assets.

From the FDIC:

"A small bank is an institution that, as of December 31 of either of the prior two calendar years, had assets of less than $1.609 billion."

What loans - in the last Annual Report:

May 31, 2025 - Mortgage revenues $ 4,650

Net Loss: $39,123

Sanchez gained control of AVVH on July 15, 2021 - that is going on 5 years and they haven't done anything of value.
