Dilution. The runway extends into 2027, but if approved, UNCY will need to fund commercialization. Like any biotech, this would likely be done through a capital raise that dilutes per-share value.

Theres no mention of the warrants that when exercised will provide cash to fund commercialization .
Theres no mention of when in TDAPA the Medicare patients are 100% covered for the TDAPA period which may be extended from 2 to 3 yrs ...and then taper down after that .
Theres no mention of how the dialysis bundle works .
Launching OLC will NOT be a typical drug launch .

You dont get a script and take it to the pharmacy .
IF Da Vita and Fresenius have stocked it in the clinic ...you will be handed OLC directly at the end of your dialysis session .
