I do not post opinions, I post facts.
Fact - there is no longer a company named BioAmber and there are no longer shareholders in this company.
There hasn't been for years.
You can hold the opinion and believe whatever you wish. There will never be a cash settlement, there will never be a merger
Fact is: it ended, the company is gone and nothing further is happening, it's been over for years.
The company couldn't pay it's bills, it went insolvent.
It's been through bankruptcy & been liquidated of all it's assets, it's been dissolved and no longer legally exists.
That is not an "opinion:, that is a cold hard fact that the courts & judges signed off on.
Nothing further is coming, nothing further is happening - ever.
There is nothing that could happen to it because it no longer exists.
