This PR is the ultimate validation of my shared analysis to date. They dropped this video and PR double-header to create an artificial cushion so retail wouldn't dump the stock instantly. Now that the 10-Q is officially stamped, the regulatory clock is ticking loudly. FINRA has the audited numbers, the Form 10 is effective, and the 240M Kepler shares are issued. The SEC dictates the 10Q be truthful UNLIKE $Nelson’s / $ Hawkins[ $fabrications y $misrepresentations The 10Q verifies that there have been nothing but $fabrications y $misrepresentations in $AMFN’s paid for marketing / promotional releases & videos.
