To secure this extension, the company must file Form 12b-25 (Notification of Late Filing) via the SEC EDGAR system no later than the first business day following the original filing deadline. If the Form 10-Q is $submitted within those 5 calendar days aka 05/20/2026, it is legally deemed to have been filed on time

To receive a same-day filing date, SEC EDGAR filings must be fully transmitted and accepted by 5:30 p.m. ET.
