Let's be honest...

If a buyout was going to happen it would have already happened -- It's been 10+ months.

Nasrat even ADMITTED all the offers were on the table OVER 3 MONTHS AGO and that they would QUOTE "evaluate each opportunity" -- AS IF they hadn't already done that Lol

He even ADMITTED that every company offered their QUOTE "lowest price possible".

He also ADMITTED there was QUOTE "No letters of intent".

And it's COMMON SENSE why as I have explained MULTIPLE times:

❌️ 1. You CANNOT sell Elite with The Mikah Scam attached
❌️ 2. You CANNOT sell Elite while on the OTC

The BEST we can hope for at this point is some sort of LOW-LEVEL merger followed by uplisting.
