Absolutely, but what jumps out for me is when that Mexican Defense Leader in one of BIEI Prs, (again, I can't cut and paste) literally told BIEI leadership to get the ITAR Approval. I believe the Mexican Government Defense is helping BIEI get U.S Defense Contracts also. I Believe BIEI has guaranteed contracs pending ITAR approval. BIEI dealing with Latin Defense Leaders now who are U.S Allies. All of these people are talking to each other.Like Herc keep saying, these Defense Contracts coming from both sides of the boarder.
