I may be wrong with what George holds post R/S. But what are all the other terms.
What did George actually get.
Plus if he is no longer an officer, it becomes six months and he may be able to use tacking.
Need to see the full agreemen including what the new straw man gets out of the deal.

943,511,000 issued shares as of April 14, 2026

Sharp has 408,761,000 shares as of March 24, 2026 Sharp issued himself

So now he has 411,761,000 shares. Sharp also has 5000 series A preferred class

Series A converts 1 share into 90 shares of common stock.

Total shares outstanding: 943,511,000 as of date: March 31, 2026

So the issued shares post split A/S is 94,351,100. And Sharp has 41,176,100 shares of common stock.

That means Sharp controls 44% of the issued and outstanding shares.

I guess you haven't heard of 144 Attorneys - as they have ways of removing the Restricted Legend.
