It was $5.10 in January of 2018. Todd was pumping this claiming he was going to get an AMEX listing. It dropped to 27 cents by the Summer as the insiders were dumping with their bogus discounted trade deals. That's how they paid themselves bogus "consulting fees". I'm not sure at which point Todd was under DOJ indictment for theft.
