When should everyone expect the cash to hit their accounts?

I expect cash to hit our accounts (around July 21st) it takes up to two months for the legal process to complete , once the transfer resolution is formally entered into Covestro's commercial register and the minority shares transfer to XRG the cash compensation is distributed to the remaining investors, (Tlgy aquisition has the same deadline also which could be waiting for this buyout to finalize before their merger) I expect a cash settlement for Bioamber's shareholders from Covestro's contracts
