What did Jay Wright receive besides controlling interest?
My concern is what did George sell out for? Is George still affiliated with the company?
If George is no longer affiliated when can he start dumping his 411,761,000 shares? Will he be allowed a tacking period?
No matter what George would be allowed to dump his position six months after the deal was made.
