Not only that, but insiders are the only ones who have a clue what this will be worth in two more years. If they think this is a 50 cent stock they will have no problem paying 10 or 12 cents. And trust me, a lot of the old timers will be gone by 15 cents. OTC traders don't tend to be long term investors. We are a select few in a sea of minnows
