Yes you are correct. FDA would probably not allow direct comparison to Renvela on the label ...rather direct the MD to review the clinical trial data that UNCY had collected , comparing OLC to various other binders. They have a P 2 trial I think with all that data . Looks like a timely buy on NOW ...congrats . I'm staying away from software and just reduced my FSELX exposure..... after the past months huge run . I'm a little cautious on the market now with interest rates spiking , Oil still around $100 a barrel and the Iran / hormuz strait closure risks still out there . JMO Kiwi
