AMFN becomes eligible to uplist to the OTCQB today as the Form 10 activates.

NO they do not become eligible today as the Form 10 activation alone only means that AMFN will have become a SEC Reporting Company & that in itself (good btw) is just one of the eligibility steps required for said uplisting.

American Fusion™ continues to anticipate the effectiveness of its Form 10 registration statement on or about May 15, 2026, which would transition the Company into full SEC reporting status.
