The company typically waits for the Form 10 to be effective before enacting a major $Corporate $Action like a 1:100 / 1:50 reverse split. This is because they want the $Reporting $Company status to be solidified before triggering a FINRA review for a split. So. w/ that said if the Form 10 is effective on May 15, (as PR'd today) all should watch for the FINRA daily list notification between May 18 and June 1, 2026.
