Would not surprise me but how many times Ive been hit, what is here would be a new pattern for me. If this was a common RS and rinse with dilution, well time is money and they sure are broke and being slow with it lol.
If there is a deal in place that ain’t so great for shareholders do you have an opinion on why they have not put it out there yet? I mean like the most common outcomes in the OTC market before have been based on putting B.S. PR’s out way before any filings are done and including if filings are even ever put out. Is the lack of supplemental information or B.S. PR’s and them only putting out audit filings, doing a name change, and a reverse split a new tactic they are doing to scam investors? Just doesn’t seem to be the norm to me with the usual OTC market ways, but I am all ears on any insight if this is the new tactic and how it works.
