Well .. they’ve done a damn good job on keeping quiet thus far! Name another otc merger play that wasn’t hyped to death before it ever took place? Here we sit with a new share structure and more than likely a new ticker/ Company. Now I understand the frustration of the RS ESPECIALLY if you weren’t able to average down accordingly to what was acceptable share count for yourself. But I am pretty confident that when it’s all done you will sell what you do have for more than you paid for it.
If there was a deal in place, there would be plenty of buying. If there was NOTHING in place, we would be seeing plenty of dilution. Seems like its just @ that place where a deal is on the cusp imo.
