It is more than just legalized gambling. There are actual criminal acts that often go along with these OTC scams. In addition to the obvious fraud that goes on.....have you ever visited a "mine" after a scam is done with it? I have. Chemicals left all over the place, illegal disturbance to public lands, garbage and trash, it often costs big bucks to clean these messes up. Your tax dollars being spent to clean up after scammers.
I am not saying that RITE has done anything like this.....but give them time.
