All depends on what they say during FID, staying private will kill the stock, say nothing (TGLO will still be in play). Public awareness will come if they merge. If they say nothing probably will hit $1 for a brief moment and it will fizzle out, until something/minimum Jones is listed on the OTC Markets within a few days and or the whole deal, the merger is announced within a few days. I personally want to see some good volume leading up to the FID, take care of loose shares from legacy shareholders and flippers, even if it is twice a week. When merger is announced, Scanz will release that infomation so will Bloomberg, the rest will play out by itself, the trick with this one unfortunately we are the mercy of legacy shareholders, market maker manipulation and someone with a hefty position, with no strong bids they will manipulate as much and as long as they can. Some heavy traders have access to Blommberg back office data before the news is released to the public, market makers will know before hand too.
