I went to school at UMBC and have many friends from your area from school. The people in Maryland are best for some reason it seems no matter what part of the state Ive been to. Live in Southwest VA now and its a strange place haha. It seems that people in MD were always happy for people when they were successful. In the south it seems they get jealous. Maybe lack of opportunity. I cant pinpoint it. But I saw where a firm did keep their sell rating on this stock and put a .60 price target. They only have until august to get this above $1 for 10 consecutive trading days or they have to reverse split to avoid delisting.
