"Effective date" pumper nonsense debunked---

HIRU posted their PR on 3/13/2026 which several here insist is the "effective date" of their agreement with Electric Metals.

So which is it pumpers?? March 13th or the 16th? The answer is NEITHER. The only date BOTH PR's agree on is January 30th. Including today that amounts to >>101 days<<.. well past the 90 days as agreed.

Also, today is 41 days since Q1 ended. The deadline to report Q1 --unless a 5 day extension is requested-- is 45 days after 3/31/26 which is Friday. As I recall, Secretary Roxanna Green's criminal trial for theft is scheduled for the 18th so I wouldn't be surprised if an extension is filed.

IF the 2nd ''installment'' of $1.1 million hasn't been paid according to the schedule HIRU has a duty to say so in their forthcoming disclosure on the 15th.
