We heard for the last year how Marshall was going to dilute the O/S 4-5 Bil. When it was all said and done the O/S did not change. IMO he has set up the Reg A for future funds, IF NEEDED. I like what I am hearing directly from the company, and direction they are going.
Once the licensing kicks in with their tech solutions, revenues will scale. Many are not following the tech side of this play, they should be.
