Nice. Not a strategy I employ. I did sell 3 $35 Lunr calls near the close. collected $180... Since I'd rather not lose the shares, I'd have to roll em if it keeps flying.. which it seems I did a week ago. Had some that might have been around $27 or 30, don't recall and had to roll them to $35 and June to keep most of the premium.. I forget the deets. I do often screw up, not being a finely tuned CC or CSP trader, so, a few weeks ago,I also had to roll 3 LUNR calls out to Sep and $40, around the time it hit $31, I'm sure.....(Anyhow, I'm learning!)
My average there is $8.40... and I have 4000 shares, but I'd rather not lose any shares....I was thinking of that when I sold some $29 Lunr CSP's, which I had to roll out 2 weeks to 5-15 and down to 27... wouldn't have minded if they get assigned..to balance a possible assignation...could still happen as Lunr is volatile both ways.. but earnings are coming up.. and the lunar rover contract award is soon.
Considered doing the same with a RKLB CC, late today, but think its move was stronger and might continue, so don't want to lose 100 shares.. of course there's rolling...
