Who knows from what orifice that tiny drgon pulled that nonsense. Yes, this is a shell and "unsolicited quotes", but it's as easy to buy as pinks with the "F" for foreign. Like them, it reports to the relevant regulator, which for TGLO, is the SEC. Numerous brokers allow this and "F" stocks to be traded in the US of A, eh.....
