Wow... Dude.... You are so far out of reality with that it's disturbing... Real SEC fees are tiny, about $22 per $1 million of securities sold. The SEC charges a statutory fee on securities sold, not on being public, and the rate is ~$22.10 per $1,000,000 of securities sold. That means even a company selling $100 million of stock would pay only about $2,210. OTCMarkets charges more than that.
There is no scenario where a company pays $500,000 per quarter to the SEC.
