Selling them now kind of ties into what I said in my Google search...the fees just for the ITAR is $4000. We dont see the other financial administrative fees/cost they have to pay. Selling shares now to fund ITAR allows the registration approval application to be submitted like weeks ago. Thats just my opinion. No business will survive if the CEO and staff have to come out of pocket for everything.
