The issue with Cooley has been ongoing for at least 4 years as you have stated. In this new environment of openness maybe we can get a filing or something definnative from Marshall. He has stated he has been working on the back office stuff for the last 9 months. Maybe an update where we are at. If positive it might finally raise the share price.
