The only thing I can hope is that a major part of the delay was the push back from the shareholders over the 80% further steal of the warrants. Remember Ackman suggested Trump exercise all of the warrants in his proposal. I have said it before, no one is going to buy into an IPO that is 80% owned by the government and for the price those warrants were written in for. Once Trump adjusts the warrants to a reasonable percentage of the company - F&F will fly on the big board.
