I would say the same for INT*C and AM*D but the breakout for both stocks was New Generation Technology that Elon Musk Announced he is using concerning IN*TC. What took a U.S Chipmaker decades to bust over $60....here is the kicker...IN*TC was just $20 bucks a few months ago.....My point is stocks will have their breakout day when in the right place at the right time like BIEI. When you are ready you dont have to get ready......

With their first military business, im seeing the chart acting different this time. Been two weeks now hovering around .0011 area. You see how you said, all the ups and downs were short lived — but now we are at the start of i think a breakout stage. A break of .0015/.0017 is key that would make the above 100%.
