Jim is not running the company. The company changed hand and is involved in other things that have nothing to do with what Jim was doing.

While I agree, I also agree that Jim is advantageous about making as much money as he can. The higher it goes, the better it is for him with everything he owes. He stands to make a lot more money the higher this goes as he sells his shares. The higher it goes the easier it is for him and others to sell. So, I believe he will want this to run.
