The Reg A is not effective until it is Qualified by the SEC which requires filing. The question is will it be approved based on the closing of the last one and will it need to be amended based on potentially incorrect #’s used??? His first REG A took 3 months to get approved. Regardless it could take a little while for a new offering to happen. So effectively no changes in current SS here yet with more updates coming.
