By the way, will your fantasy "Phase 1" include a geo report including recording of the taking of samples, via the appropriate drill method for placer gravels (not surface grabs, by the way).. which would be enough drilling to determine the consistency of the minerals present, all following chain of custody parameters... including, of course, delivery to an independant registered and known reputable assay lab?
